內(nèi)皮細胞培養(yǎng)基是一種低血清內(nèi)皮細胞完全培養(yǎng)基,適合血管內(nèi)皮細胞和永生化的內(nèi)皮細胞株。

內(nèi)皮細胞培養(yǎng)基經(jīng)10種人各部位的內(nèi)皮細胞的測試和優(yōu)化,經(jīng)無菌,無支原體,無內(nèi)毒素檢測,添加肝素,內(nèi)皮生長因子,胰島素,抗氧化劑,皮質(zhì)醇等組分,為了實現(xiàn)細胞的正常的新陳代謝過程,培養(yǎng)基盡量減少生長刺激的因子組分。

FGCM成纖維細胞培養(yǎng)基

成纖維細胞是疏松結(jié)締組織的主要細胞成分,細胞呈梭形或扁的星狀,具有突起。根據(jù)不同的功能活動狀態(tài),將細胞分為成纖維細胞和纖維細胞二型,成纖維細胞培養(yǎng)基是由2%的低血清和小分子化合物組合而成,培養(yǎng)基含有維生素、轉(zhuǎn)金屬蛋白、谷氨酰胺、脂類濃縮劑、抗氧化劑、嘌呤、糖類和細胞生長因子等可維持細胞體外生長所需的營養(yǎng)成分,適合大部分成纖維細胞的生長。
